If your rosary, chaplet, cufflinks, tie bar, or any other product from Our Lady's Armory ever breaks, Our Lady's Armory will repair or replace it for free. This includes items sold through our various other channels, including Etsy, Peter's Square, or at in-person event sales.
No order number or confirmation code is necessary, so you don't need to worry about tracking down your receipt. We recognize our own work!
You will receive a poly mailer and a return address label to send us your broken or damaged item. Please allow up to two weeks following receipt of the item by Our Lady's Armory before a repair or replacement will be mailed back to you.
Wherever possible, your item will be repaired using parts from your original item. We do this out of recognition that rosaries in particular may carry exceptional sentimental value, and in many cases may have been blessed by beloved priests or touched to important relics.
Please note that some parts used in your specific item (cord, beads, medals, or crucifix) may no longer be available. We reserve the right to replace these parts with like items at our discretion. You will be given the option to accept or decline the substitution.
